  • Job Duties:
    -Point of contact for incoming customer communications (email and phone) for certain members of the sales team;
    -Coordinate all project aspects.
    -Able to take project specs and source print and promotional products to the appropriate vendor
    -Complete Purchase Orders and send to outside vendors.
    - Arrange shipping with messengers and trucking companies
    -Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determine the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solution to solve the problem; follow up to ensure resolution.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    Strong Computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    Familiarity with graphic design a plus
    • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
    • A desire to learn
    • A passion for delivering excellent customer service
    • A clear and confident telephone manner
    • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
    • Excellent listening skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • An Ability to form and maintain long-term relationships with our customers
